Odisha CM gives success mantra to students

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday handed out a 3-C success mantra to students in the state.

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday handed out a 3-C success mantra to students in the state saying courage, conviction and commitment can lead to success in life.

Addressing a state-level students' convention here, the chief minister said: "Three words are important in life to get success. These are courage, conviction and commitment. If you have conviction on any subject, proceed with commitment and courage. You would surely succeed in your life." 

The convention was organised by the students' wing of the ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD).

The chief minister said his dream of developing the state can be materialised only through the participation of youth and students.

Speaking about the prevailing drought situation in the state, he said natural calamities were not new to Odisha.

"We have faced natural calamities like flood, cyclone and drought situation successfully for the last 15 years. We have taken a number of steps to meet the prevailing drought situation," said Patnaik.
