New Delhi: Soon after learning about the death of Sunanda Pushkar, Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar who had a war of words with the former a few days back, called the incident shocking on the social networking site.
Tarar, who was accused by Sunanda of having an affair with her husband Shashi Tharoor, tweeted that she is in "absolute shock" and that the death of Sunanda was too awful for words.

Sunanda had labelled the Lahore-based journalist as an ISI agent and said that she has all the text messages that were exchanged between Tarar and her hushand.
Sunanda was found dead in New Delhi`s Leela Hotel on Friday evening a day after the couple has issued a joint statement that they are distressed over the alleged affair controversy of Shashi and Mehr, but cleared the air that they are happily married.
The scandal erupted on Wednesday after tweets posted on the verified account of Tharoor, the minister of state for human resource development, got twitterati all abuzz due to the very personal nature of the posts.
