New Delhi: Known for speaking his mind and being critical of politicos on his personal blog, Justice Markandey Katju on Sunday took the Aam Aadmi Party to task for the misbehaviour of its supporters in Delhi.

While condemning the recent attack at Burari police station in north Delhi, involving two AAP MLAs and their supporters, the former Supreme Court judge Katju took to Twitter and said that the attack clearly shows the shape of things to come.

“Having won a sweeping election, they now believe that they are the masters of Delhi, and all officials must now kowtow before them. Hundreds of thousands of Delhiites had put on white caps and became ardent AAP supporters who now believe that they are the masters of Delhi,” said Katju.

He further cautioned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and said that the biggest problem for the latter now is not to find ways to solve Delhi problems, but to control the hundreds of thousands of white capped AAP workers.

“Kejriwal and his associates will not be able to control these hordes of unruly anarchists. Nobody can control them now. The genii is out of the bottle.” he added.
