New Delhi: The Congress on Thursday took out a massive candlelight march covering some of the the city's famous landmarks like the Jantar Mantar and India Gate to protest against the government's handling of a suicide case pertaining to a 70-year-old retired jawan who had tragically ended his life over the delay in OROP pension.
