New Delhi: Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday spoke to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and enquired about the theft of a precious statue from a Jain temple in Jamui.

In a telephonic conversation with Kumar, Singh enquired about the incident that took place on Friday night, official sources said.

The Chief Minister briefed the Home Minister and conveyed to him that police investigation was going on to recover the statue and arrest the culprits responsible for the crime.
