Mumbai: Akshay Kumar unveiled ‘Gori Tu Latth Maar’ – a brand new track from his upcoming film - Toilet – Ek Prem Katha.
The song that depicts the traditional Latth Maar Holi in Mathura highlights Madhav’s (played by Akshay Kumar) desperate attempts to pacify his ladylove – Jaya (Bhumi Pednekar).
Sung by Sonu Nigam and Palak Muchhal, the song is peppy yet traditionally melodious.

Penned by Garima Wahal & Siddharth Singh and composed by Manas-Shikhar, ‘Gori Tu Latth Maar’ has been beautifully shot.
Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, ‘Toilet-Ek Prem Katha’ is inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pet project Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
The satirical film is slated to release on August 11.
