 Due to the derailment, all up direction trains running towards Mumbai have been delayed by about 1 hour 30 minutes.

MUMBAI: Two trains going towards Mumbai have been cancelled and five trains have been short terminated after a tamping machine (TTM) on up line between Palghar and Kelwa Road stations derailed on Saturday. Due to the derailment, all up direction trains running towards Mumbai have been delayed by about 1 hour 30 minutes. 

The Western Railway on Saturday also informed about maintenance work on tracks between 1-2 December. "To carry out maintenance work of tracks, signaling and overhead equipment, a block of Four hours will be undertaken from 00.30 hrs to 04.30 hrs on Up and Down slow lines on the night of 1st-2nd December, 2018 between Vasai Road and Virar stations. During the block, some Down slow line trains will be run on Down fast lines between Vasai Road and Virar stations. Therefore, there will not be any DAY BLOCK on Sunday, 2nd December, 2018 on Western Railway," the Western Railway tweeted.

Meanwhile, 19316 Indore-Lingampalli Express has also been cancelled on December 1 while 19315 Lingampalli-Indore Express is cancelled for 2 December for want of rake, as pairing the rake is running late. "Inconvenience is highly regretted," Western Railways tweeted.
