The judicial custody of Indrani Mukerjea, Sanjeev Khanna and Shyam Rai has been extended till December 3.
Simultaneously, the murder case has now been committed to a Special CBI Court which will hear the matter from next month.

Indrani's son Mikhail Bora says he will continue to seek justice for her sister.
He assured of full cooperation in the investigation saying that, "I came to know about it yesterday night. I do not know what is going on about Peter Mukherjea. CBI is investigating. Let's see what happens. I will give my cooperation to the CBI. I am seeking justice for my sister and I hope it will get it soon."

In a fresh twist in the Sheena Bora murder case, former media magnate Peter Mukherjea was on Thursday arrested by CBI, hours after it filed a chargesheet in which his wife Indrani Mukherjea, the mother of the victim born from her first marriage, and two others were accused of the crime.
The CBI spokesperson said that Mukherjea's name surfaced during its probe in the case and "he has been arrested".
The spokesperson refused to divulge any further details in the case but sources in the probe agency said he has been arrested for allegedly "shielding the accused" and "inconsistencies" in his statements. Peter was placed under arrest after another round of questioning.
Sheena was murdered on April 24, 2012. Her body was found on May 23 that year after Indrani's driver Shyam Rai revealed the murder site to police.
Both Indrani and the driver were arrested on Tuesday on charges of killing Sheena and disposing off her body in Raigad, near Mumbai. A court sent Indrani to police custody till August 31.
The chargesheet, filed three months after Sheena Bora's remains were found in a forest near Mumbai, names Indrani, Khanna and Rai as accused.
The CBI has charged them with criminal conspiracy to kidnap, murder, cheating, destruction of evidence, forgery and use of forged documents besides violation of provisions of Information Technology Act.

Rahul Mukerjea, son of former Star India CEO Peter Mukerjea, was questioned by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday in connection with the murder of Sheena Bora, the daughter of Indrani Mukerjea.
Rahul's questioning comes a day after, Peter was arrested by the investigating agency in connection with the sensational murder case for allegedly "shielding the accused".
