​2nd Test: India vs South Africa 2015 - Rain washes away second day's play

The second day's play of the second cricket Test between India and South Africa was called off without a ball being bowled as there was a steady downpour throughout the day.

Rain played a spoil spot on Day 2 of the 2nd Test between India and South Africa as the entire day has been called off at M Chinnaswamy Stadium. The play will start at 9:15 on Monday if weather permits.

Good news for cricket fans as the covers are off now. Umpires will inspect the ground before giving a green signal to start the 2nd day's play.

Players and umpires are still waiting for the drizzle to stop. In the meantime groundstaff are doing their bit to dry the ground.
