Russian President Vladimir Putin to self-isolate due to coronavirus among inner circle

Russian President Vladimir Putin has been fully vaccinated with the Russian coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V and he received his second shot in April. In India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath months ahead of the state polls.

There is COVID scare for Russian President Vladimir Putin. On Monday (September 14), the Russian president attended several public events. He met with the Russian Paralympians, attended military exercises conducted in coordination with Belarus, and met with with Syrian President Bashar Assad.

In India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has laid the foundation stone of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh University in Aligarh. 

The NHRC has taken note of the allegations that COVID-19 protocols are being flouted at the protest sites and because of the barricades put at Delhi's neighbouring border areas due to the ongoing farmers' protest, commuters have been having tough time and forced to travel long distance to reach their destination.

Meanwhile, in a relief for the country, India on September 14 has reported a further dip in daily Covid-19 cases with 25,404 infections. The country has seen 37,127 recoveries and 339 deaths as cumulative case tally mounts to 33,289,579.

In another news, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the Quad leaders' summit in Washington on September 24, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced on Tuesday (September 15). The prime minister is also scheduled to address the 'General Debate' of the high-level segment of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on September 25 in New York, it said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is going into self-isolation because of coronavirus cases in his inner circle, the Kremlin said Tuesday (September 14).
The announcement came in the Kremlin's readout of Putin's phone call with the Tajik President Emomali Rahmon. Putin has been fully vaccinated with the Russian coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V, he received his second shot in April. On Monday (September 13), the Russian president attended several public events. He met with the Russian Paralympians, attended military exercises conducted in coordination with Belarus, and met with with Syrian President Bashar Assad.

The  National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued notices to Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh & other Authorities asking for reports of farmers' protest, yesterday.  In a statement issued, the NHRC said there are allegations of adverse impact on the industrial units, seriously affecting more than 9000 micro, medium, and large companies. Allegedly, transportation is also adversely impacted, causing the commuters, patients, physically challenged people and senior citizens to suffer due to the heavy congestion on roads. "There are also reports that people have to travel long distances to reach their destinations due to the ongoing farmers' agitation and barricades have been put on the borders," the statement reads.
