Tamil Nadu: 1,162 new cases were reported today in the state that took the total number of positive cases to 23,495. There are around 10,138 active cases. The death count was increased by 11 to 184.
Chennai saw 964 cases today, a total of 15,770 now out of which 7,450 are active cases.
