Punjab CM Amarinder Singh said lockdown will be lifted for farmers ahead of the harvest season.
"We are going to offer lockdown relief only for farmers for their crop. We have very good crop but the figures are frightening as far as projection is concerned till November. Things are not good and it is our duty to keep the people safe. Any govt to say we are going to lift the lockdown is not responsible.
