Kerala Government has decided to move to Supreme Court against the Centre's Farm Laws.
"We will move SC this week itself. The anti-farmer laws will not be implemented in Kerala and an alternative law will be considered," said Kerala Agriculture Minister VS Sunil Kumar.

Maharashtra:
What will be closed during Bharat Bandh?
APMC markets in all districts of Maharashtra will remain closed on December 8. Apart from the APMC market, vegetable markets, fruit market, fish market, milk centers will also be closed. Many different trade unions of the state have also announced to join the Bandh.
What is not closed in Maharashtra?
Many retail merchant associations of Maharashtra have said not to join the Bandh. Local trains, BEST buses and metro trains will continue to run smoothly in Mumbai. The Auto Rickshaw Union and Taxi Union have not yet taken any official stand on Bharat Bandh.
In Maharashtra, Shiv Sena, NCP, Congress have given their support to the farmers' movement as well as the December 8 Bandh. Raj Thackeray's party MNS has not yet clarified its stand.

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani says that the state will not be shut down on Bharat Bandh on December 8.
"There is no dissatisfaction among the farmers," said Rupani and added that strict action will be taken against those who will try to take the law and order in the name of Bandh.

CM Arvind Kejriwal said there was lot of pressure on him by the central government to herd all the protesting farmers into nine stadiums of Delhi. He said he refused and supports the farmers right to protest against the bill.

NH 44 has been closed on both sides and the police has advised people to take alternate routes via Lampur, Safiabad and Saboli borders. Traffic has also been diverted from Mukarba and GTK road and people have been advised to avoid Outer Ring Road and GTK road.

Rajender Soni, general secretary of Delhi Auto Rickshaw Sangh, and Delhi Pradesh Taxi Union said that many important auto, taxi and last mile vehicle driver unions will not join the strike.
"We fully sympathise with the farmers struggle and support their demand. But the drivers of autos, taxis and Gramin Sewa and other last mile vehicles are already hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic and can not afford to strike now," Soni said.
