Mumbai, Feb 03: Forget cheeky award night jokes, blog wars or tongue-in-cheek media interviews, birthday bashes have become the latest Bollywood battleground. And the ‘Badshah’ of such unsavory antics at parties is Shah Rukh Khan. The actor, who started the warring trend last year after he played spoil-sport on Katrina Kaif’s special day, hitting nation wide headlines for ugly tussle with Salman Khan, is not willing to let go of his party pooper ways.
And living up to his infamous party basher image, the actor this time round vexed Preity Zinta as he shared cold vibes with Akshay Kumar on her birthday.
Ever since, Akshay dethroned Shah Rukh as the `Kinng` of Bollywood, the two have been spotted sharing cold vibes. Apparently, the two big daddies are so busy massaging their childhood egos that they don’t even acknowledge each other’s presence by exchanging pleasantries.
Even though the buzz that the two didn’t get along well was treated as a mere speculation by many until now, the reported exchange of cold vibes at Zinta’s party proved all rumours to be true.
A news daily even quoted a source as saying, "Twinkle and Akshay arrived before Shah Rukh and Gauri. While Twinkle and Akshay acknowledged all the guests at the party, it was pretty obvious that the two did not have any intention of staying there long. The minute Shah Rukh stepped in, Akshay chose to leave. The few minutes that the two were together, they avoided each other."
Fortunately, the cold vibes stayed cold as the two maintained their distance to avoid any hot clash.
