Mumbai, April 27: In a classic case that is bound to raise eyebrows and make us all mock with scorn, Salman Khan has shot for a public awareness advertisement to raise awareness and responsibility towards hit-and-run victims. Known for his fits of rage and mad fury, the actor’s good deed becomes hard to gulp as he was previously involved in a similar offence where he was reported to have run over several people in September 2002.
Practice as you preach, they say. A saying completely snubbed and thrashed aside by this angry Khan who has turned a blind eye to his past foes.

Divulging details about the ad a source told a news daily, “The ad talks about how people just ignore those who are in distress on roads when hit by someone. It shows a man hit by a vehicle who is left to die.”

Confirming the news, Nikhil Saini, director of the film said, “Yes, Salman has done a 90-second ad with us. After the story unfolds, Salman comes to give a public service message. He is wearing ‘Being human’ shirt and he says, ‘Apni zimmidari se mat bhagiye. Responsible aur zimmedar logo ki zaroorat hai is desh ko.’ The ad also features Vipin Sharma (who played Darsheel Safary’s father in Tare Zameen Par) and Shailendra Gaur (who played the title role in Veer Savarkar) in it. We are quite hopeful of driving home the point.”

Looks like the actor is finally doing away with the demons of his past by making loud cries to wipe away his past actions.
