Mumbai, Feb 17: Whoever thought that workaholic Shah Rukh Khan would make hay and sit back as he recovers from his surgery, there is news. Even as he recuperates at the Breach Candy hospital from his shoulder surgery that was performed on Monday, the actor plans to keep his career alive and kicking as he is still being flooded with assignments.
Though the actor has been advised a 6 months rest before he resumes work, he has given his nod to the much-awaited Filmfare awards. The actor will be seen gracing the occasion in his most beloved avatar of a host.
The awards that were previously slated for February 28 have been postponed to March 7, all for King Khan’s sake.
Known for his witty punch lines and notorious digs at the who’s who of the industry, the superstar is not going to go easy on the industry fellas this time round either.
Well after the famous ‘Na-real’ awards last year, we surely are looking forward to a wittier Shah Rukh Khan.
