Mumbai, April 25: While Deepika Padukone is reportedly furious about beau Ranbir Kapoor’s growing camaraderie with Katrina Kaif, Kapoor family is more than happy with their relationship.
Grapevine has it that Ranbir’s parents, Rishi and Neetu are looking forward to Ranbir-Katrina’s love relationship, as they, apparently, haven’t been too fond of Deepika as son’s ladylove.
According to our source, “Ranbir’s mom Neetu has always made her views on Deepika clear. She feels that Deepika is too smart and fast for Ranbir, who is naïve, young and inexperienced.”
But ever since rumours of Ranbir flirting with Katrina on the sets of their film ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ have started spreading, Kapoor family is celebrating! “Neetu was worried that Ranbir may marry Deepika, who within three years has been linked to Nihar Pandya, Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni. When she heard that Ranbir was hanging out with Katrina a lot she was happy because she realised that maybe Deepika and Ranbir aren’t so strong after all and may eventually grow apart,” reveals our source.
On the other hand, Katrina is apparently enjoying Ranbir’s company. An insider said, “Ranbir enjoys pulling Katrina’s leg. While shooting in Goa they would hang out together after wrap up and even party with Katrina’s sister Isabelle in tow. They make a very cute couple.”
Well, now Deepika surely has a reason to go green!
