Mumbai, Feb 02: Although Hurman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra aren`t dating anymore, but the actors recently jumped on the opportunity to claim that they are still good friends. A few days back, when Priyanka showed up for the premiere of Hurman’s latest venture ‘Victory’ in Mumbai, the actress reportedly complimented her ex beau saying, “I`m very proud of you. I knew you had it in you. I`m so glad it`s finally happening."
According to our source, when Priyanka appreciated Human’s work in the flick, the actor said, "How did you get to know about this? Priyanka and I went to a discreet corner where she said this to me. Yeah, Priyanka is very happy for me. Isn`t that quite natural?"
Hurman, who was in Colombo last Saturday for the premiere of ‘Victory’, also attended the India-Sri Lanka cricket match there with director Ajitpal Mangat and co-star Amrita Rao, said, “It was totally a last-minute decision, and dictated completely by the fact that the Indian cricket team was playing against the Sri Lankan team there, so we could have entire Sri Lankan and Indian team attending the premiere."
Our source reveals that Hurman, who had a ball during the Mumbai premiere of his film, was totally thrilled about his Colombo trip and was very excited about the feedback of the stalwarts to his batting skills.
