Oscar-winning Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow is quitting movies to become a full-time mom to three-year-old Apple and one-year-old Moses.

London, March 19: Oscar-winning Hollywood actress
Gwyneth Paltrow is quitting movies to become a full-time mom
to three-year-old Apple and one-year-old Moses.

"I'm not doing another film until next fall (Autumn). Everything is about family; I'm putting movies on a backburner. London is my home for now -- this is where we are concentrating our time," Paltrow, who lives in north London with hubby Chris Martin, said British tabloid 'Daily Mirror'.

Paltrow, born to actress Blythe Danner and late
Bruce Paltrow, a film and television Director, in Los Angeles
rose to fame in 1996 for starring in Emma, a film in which she
received positive acclaim, particularly in Europe and Asia for
her impressive English accent.

Two years later, she starred in Shakespeare in love,
a fantasy of how William Shakespeare might have written Romeo
and Juliet. The film received critical acclaim, earned more
than USD 100 million in domestic box office receipts, and
received numerous awards.

Paltrow won the award for outstanding performance
by a female actor in a leading role from the screen actors
guild. Later that year, Paltrow also won the Oscar for best
actress in a leading role.
