Mumbai, Feb 07: Colombian sensation Shakira would soon be enticing the Indian audience with her exceptional dancing, as the eye-candy is all set to feature in a Bollywood project. And that’s not all, the eye-popper will be seen grooving with none other than actor Sanjay Dutt in a music video in the same.
Shakira has been roped in by Indian producer Surya Pratap to sing and be part of a music video for his forthcoming film, tentatively titled ‘The Final Call’.
According to our source, Shakira will team up with Punjabi singer Daler Mehndi and Sanjay Dutt for the foot tapping English-Punjabi number, which would reportedly be recorded in USA. The video for the song will also be shot, but in Los Angeles.
Reports reveal that music maestro AR Rahman will be roped in as the music composer of the venture.
Film’s producer Surya Pratap said, “We have approached Sanjay Dutt for the role and he has liked our script. Shakira and Daler Mehndi have given their confirmation. They will sing a groovy, English-Punjabi track and also feature in a special music video. The video will also have the protagonist and if Sanjay gives us the nod, it will be a lovely combination seeing three of them in the video."
With Sylvester Stallone, Carmen Electra and Shakira set to feature in big Bollywood ventures, it seems that India would get to see a lot of Hollywood this year.
