For heat rash

Also known as prickly heat, heat rash is an itchy rash caused by sweating. The rash appears as reddened skin with tiny blisters.

Remedies:

In most cases, that rash will disappear on its own in a few days unless it gets infected by scratching it.

Wear loose cotton clothes.

Avoid excessive heat and humidity.

Take a cool shower and let your skin air dry.

Apply calamine lotion to help ease the itching.

For psoriasis

Psoriasis is a condition in which red patches start appearing on the skin.

Remedies:

Apply aloe vera gel to the affected areas to reduce the rashes and scaling of skin. Aloe vera is beneficial for skin diseases caused by rain.

Oregon grape, and evening primrose oil have been reported to help ease mild symptoms of psoriasis.

You can also opt for some home remedy like a mixture of gram flour, rose water and milk.

Massaging the affected areas with olive oil can be very relieving.

Wash your face using a face wash.

It is a painful fungal infection generally caused by ill-fitting and wet shoes.

Remedies

Sesame and raw virgin coconut oil have anti-fungal properties and can be applied directly to the feet.
