NEW DELHI: In his fourth question in the series "a question a day", Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday why Gujarat has been spending so less on education in the state.

Rahul also accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of "commercialising education at the cost of government schools and institutions and hitting students hard with fee hikes".

"How will the dream of a 'New India' be realised this way," Rahul asked Modi.
