London: Madonna is reportedly working on rejuvenating her aging hands, as she thinks hands are the "big age giveaway".
"She`s managed to work wonders with her face over the past few years, but hands have always been the big age giveaway," mirror.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
"Madonna hates the appearance of her hands and says they are too `old lady`," the source added.
The "4 minutes" hitmaker is seeking help from her dermatologist Fredric Brandt and has already had scierotherapy - a procedure when a solution is injected into a vein causing it to turn white and gradually disappear - and a round of fillers. And apparently she`s thrilled with the results.
