Los Angeles: "Wrecking Ball" singer Miley Cyrus will host MTV Video Music Awards, this August.
The 22-year-old singing sensation, who became the centre of attention at the MTV Video Music Awards two years ago for her performance with Robin Thicke, will host 2015 MTV VMAs on August 30.
"VMAs!!! #VMAs on @MTV Aug 30 at 9 pm," Cyrus shared the news on her Instagram and Twitter pages.
The former Disney star posted a collage of two pictures, showing her wearing a green, alien bodysuit. The first of which saw a Cyrus wearing a sign that read "MTV won't let me perform."
In the second, the singer revealed her face with a new sign saying, "So I'm hosting this year's VMAs".
