New Delhi: Mr perfectionist Aamir Khan is reportedly having health scare these days. The 49-year-old superstar is known for walking an extra mile for his roles on-screen.

However, this time it seems he went too far to make his on-screen character look real and appealing. Aamir, who is at present looking all beefed up and round is all thanks to his role of a wrestler in 'Dangal'.

According to Navbharat Times website, after piling on 30 kgs extra for his role, Aamir is now facing breathlessness and is having trouble in walking too. The actor despite having serious issues is currently shooting for the film in Punjab.
