Los Angeles:  Filmmaker Steven Spielberg is reportedly interested in taking the place behind the lens for the new 'Indiana Jones' movie.

Spielberg, 68, wants to helm 'Indiana Jones V' which reportedly is eyeing Chris Pratt to play the famed archaeologist, reported Ace Showbiz.

According to the report, Spielberg who directed the previous 'Indiana Jones' films is up for the directing position as long as the script turns out well. So far, there is no script for the movie.

Pratt next can be seen in the highly-anticipated 'Jurassic World'. Set 22 years after events in Spielberg-directed 'Jurassic Park', the movie features appearances from Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Irrfan Khan, BD Wong and more.
