Mumbai: One of the most awaited films of the year – Dil Dhadakne Do – is all set to hit the silver screen this Friday. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, DDD has been making headlines for all right reasons.

As the release date of the film is nearing, let’s take a look at the reasons to watch the multi-starrer:

• The film’s cast is one of the biggest reasons why one must watch it. With Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Pryanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma and Shefali Shah on board, we can expect some real fun. And the Mehra family has already become a huge hit!
• Zoya’s films have done well in the past. ‘Luck By Chance’ and ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ were embraced with warmth. Additionally, the film has been written by Reema Kagti popular for delivering a film like ‘Talaash. Farhan and Javed Akhtar have penned the dialogues for the film. So once can expect fantastic dialogues and storyline.
• The film will see alleged ex-couple Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma romancing each other for the third time on screen. The two shared terrific chemistry in ‘Band Baajaa Baarat’ and have since then set the silver screen ablaze.
• Most parts of the film have been shot on board Cruise Liner Deck 7 and on foreign locales. It would be interesting to see how if the location plays a pivotal role in the movie.
