Los Angeles: Actor Tim Roth says filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has changed as a director since their 1992 crime-thriller "Reservoir Dogs".

The 54-year-old actor, known for his collaboration with Tarantino in movies like "Pulp Fiction" and "Four Rooms", said the director now has a "lot more toys to play with", reported Entertainment Weekly.

"For me, it's the same guy, but he has a lot more toys. He's got all of the equipment to play with," the actor said.

Roth, who will be next seen in Tarantino's upcoming American western film "The Hateful Eight", said the "Kill Bill" director was born to do different things.

"He's was born to do it, and he got to do it, and he does it well. And now he's got a lot of things he can play around with. It was a lot of fun... He has changed as a director since 'Reservoir Dogs'.

"The Hateful Eight" is expected to release in December this year.
