Los Angeles: "Man of Steel" star Henry Cavill has confirmed the upcoming DC superhero movie "Justice League" would start pre-production in January 2016.
Cavill shared the information during an interview on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon", reported Aceshowbiz.
"'Justice League', I think we start pre-production on that in January," Cavill said. The 32-year-old actor said that he was currently in "off season" which means that he is not being involved in the filming of any Superman movie, noting that "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" had already been in post-production.
Cavill will be seen in his superman role in "Justice League". Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa and Gal Gadot are expected to reprise their roles as Batman, Aquaman and Wonder Woman.
Zack Snyder will direct the movie with a script by Chris Terrio and David S Goyer. Produced by Dan Lin and Doug Mitchell, "Justice League" is scheduled to be released in North America on November 12, 2017.
