London: A new deleted scene from "Avengers: Age of Ultron" has been revealed, which sees Thor explore the future.

Australian star Chris Hemsworth's superhero becomes possessed by the Norns in the clip, and Dr Erik Selvig (Stellan Skarsgard) learns more about the Mind Stone - which would eventually give life to Vision, reported Digital Spy.

The Norns also prophesise that a human sacrifice must be made to defeat Ultron.

The scene features on the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" DVD and Blu-ray, which was released earlier this month.

The DVD's release caused controversy after Black Widow was carefully removed from the cover.

Elsewhere, director Joss Whedon shed light on a Marvel Easter egg in the DVD commentary, revealing a reference to his "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" spin-off "Angel".
