Los Angeles: The first character-centric poster of Ridley Scott's much awaited science fiction thriller "The Martian" was recently revealed.
Co-prodcuer Simon Kinberg shared the poster of the latest directorial venture of the " Gladiator" director. "Meet the out of this world cast of #TheMartian," Kinberg wrote on his twitter handle.
"The Martian" follows the plight of an astronaut left stranded on Mars, after his expedition is forced to leave him behind in order to escape a massive storm and the astronaut must find a way to survive, reported Deadline.
Starring Matt Damon as stranded astronaut Mark Watney, the cast is rounded out by Jessica Chastain, Michael Pe?a, Naomi Scott, Kristin Wiig, Jeff Daniels, Donald Glover, Kate Mara, Aksel
Hennie, Sean Bean, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Sebastian Stan, Mackenzie Davis, Lili Bordan, and Nick Mohammed.
