Mumbai: The previous editions of filmmaker Karan Johar’s popular chat show ‘Koffee with Karan’ were opened by his close friend Shah Rukh Khan.

But the director-producer has reportedly decided to change his plans for the latest season of the show, which sees celebrities from the Tinsel Town talk their hearts out.

If the latest buzz is anything to go by, then Salman Khan along with his writer father Salim will launch the brand new season of ‘Kofee with Karan’.

Not too long ago, Salman and SRK were put against each other as arch-rivals. But of late, the two industry heavyweights seem to have made peace with each other.

Politician Baba Siddique’s Iftaar party was ‘historic’ because it saw Salman and Shah Rukh embrace each other, thereby giving shutterbugs, one of the most cherished clicks of their lives.
