Mumbai: Kapil Sharma visited his home town - Amritsar – along with his team to mark the beginning of his new show – The Kapil Sharma Show – which is slated to go on air in April.
The star comedian also visited the Wagah Border, met the Border Security Force soldiers and expressed his desire to perform for them in the future.
Sharma, who is a diehard Punjabi at heart, was overwhelmed to be at the place he originally hails from.
He took to Twitter to share a few pictures from the beautiful city and Wagah Border:
Had great time with our BSF soldiers at wagha border, hope to perform live for them someday :) pic.twitter.com/zw9V9qWSdt
