Darjeeling: Having created history by winning three reality shows in a year, TV personality Prince Narula says he felt proud when he was chosen to replace Olympic wrestler Sushil Kumar on the show 'Roadies X4'.

Sushil was supposed to join Rannvijay Singh, Neha Dhupia and Karan Kundra as gang leader on the 13th season of the stunt-reality show but could not continue, owing to his commitments in the Olympics 2016.

Prince says he immediately accepted the offer to come on board for the show when he got a call from Sushil, whom he considers "an experienced and respectful" player.

"Sushil sir and others had called me and said if there is one guy who can handle the team, it is Prince. I felt very proud when such an experienced and respectful player like Sushil sir took my name... It was a big thing for me that he thought of me to lead his team," Prince told PTI.

Prince, who recently won 'Bigg Boss 9', will be seen judging a reality show for the first time. The model says he is nervous and is not thinking of winning or losing now.

"Yes, obviously I am nervous because I haven't chosen the team. So I don't know on what basis Sushil sir has taken them. But winning or losing will come later. I will try my best to take his team forward. Whatever experience I've gained doing reality shows, I'll put that all in," he said.

Prince started his career with modelling and finished as a second runner-up in 'Mr Punjab 2014'. It was, however, the 12th season of 'Roadies' in which he participated and won, beating 21 contestants which led him to instant fame.

"I don't think it has happened in the history of 'Roadies' that a person who was a contestant last year is a judge this year. If I look back on the journey I had last year, I feel proud of myself. I had a dream to win the show and I thank everyone who stood by me," he said.

The young reality TV star later participated in 'Splitsvilla 8' the same year and won that too, giving him the title of 'Reality Show King'. Prince says he wants to continue his reign on TV and is open to work in a daily soap provided he likes his part.

"I don't feel like doing daily soaps as of now. But yes, if I get a really big show like that of Ekta Kapoor, and I like what I'll be doing on it, then yes, I will do it... because I have not come to say no to any work," he said.

Prince is also getting offers from films and says he would love to do an action-romantic movie.

"Yes, I have been offered Punjabi movies, one Hindi movie and many serials. I am currently waiting as I want to make the right choice. But I want to do either romantic or action movies, because I think I am very romantic. I love action and believe in performing the stunts myself," he said. 'Roadies X4' will air on MTV from February 20.
