Mumbai: Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover aka Gutthi might have denied any tiff with each other, but the latter`s absence from popular show ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’ is bound to leave many of the actor`s fans disappointed.
Kapil, who had cleared the air about Gutthi’s exit from the show on Twitter last week, believes that the actor’s departure from the show was premature.
“I love sunil n guthi.dey r always welcome in d show.I can js request him.cnt force him..Bt wtever.. I love him.. Pls dnt spread rumours (sic),” Kapil tweeted.
Gutthi stole many hearts by humming her signature song ‘Aap aaye humare ghar mein....phool khile hain gulshan gulshan’ and had an unusual way of introducing herself and the rest of the people around to guests on the show.
Grover as Gutthi went on to become one of the most loved characters on Indian TV, however, his decision to quit the show has led to varied speculations.
The actor, though, has clarified that his exit from the show is not because of the salary issue.
