Los Angeles: A new trailer for futuristic drama `Young Ones`, which stars Nicholas Hoult, has been unveiled.
The science fiction movie takes place in a world where a teenager named Flem Lever (Hoult) tries to protect his family by finding water, the world`s most precious commodity, reported Ace Showbiz.
Flem`s journey sees him encounter many eccentric characters played by the likes of Elle Fanning, Michael Shannon and Aimee Mullins.
`Young Ones` is written and directed by filmmaker Jake Paltrow, the young brother of Hollywood superstar Gwyneth Paltrow.
Jake previously directed his sister in the 2007 romantic comedy `The Good Night`, which also starred Penelope Cruz, Martin Freeman and Simon Pegg.
His latest film `Young Ones` opens on October 17 in the US
