Mumbai: Bollywood’s chote nawab Saif Ali Khan doesn’t allow anyone to come close to the ‘Kareena’ tattoo on his forearm. Saif is so possessive of his tattoo that he does not allow anyone to touch it.
Apparently, Saif does not allow even the makeup artists to come close to his most prized possession.
Talking to a daily, a source from the unit of Prakash Jha’s ‘Aarakshan’ said, “Saif required a lot of preparation every day on location. A lot of makeup had to go into making him look `normal` in the part of a dalit. But when it came to his tattoo, he wouldn`t allow anyone to touch it. He would do the makeup over the tattoo himself.”
Interestingly, while shooting in Bhopal, Saif would mail his new look to Kareena on his phone. “Every morning he would click himself and send his photo to her. Only after she approved would he go ahead with the shoot,” added the source.
Saif and Kareena plan to tie the knot next year.
