Los Angeles: Larry King has agreed to attend counselling with his estranged wife Shawn Southwick but his lawyer doubts that the couple are considering to reconcile their marriage.
It`s being speculated that 76-year-old newsman who has been married six times before, was reconsidering divorce with his seventh wife.
"My most current information is that the divorce is proceeding. People either go to reconciliation sessions to save their marriage or just to make sure their actions are in the best interest of the children.If I were a betting man, it`s for the latter," King`s attorney Dennis Wasser told a magazine.
The Emmy award winner and his 50-year-old wife had filed divorce separately a few days back to end their 13-year-old marriage but were photographed the next day embracing each other at their son`s football match in Beverly Hills.
A website had earlier reported that the couple had agreed to patch their differences to save their marriage.
