Mumbai: Salman Khan has always been the ‘knight in shining armour’. A number of his female friends have found him standing by their side in times of need. And this time, the damsel in distress is none other than his former ladylove, who recently broke up with Ranbir Kapoor.
According to the latest buzz, Salman has been helping Katrina find work post her breakup with Ranbir. The ‘Dabangg’ Khan wants her to focus on her career and has been recommending her to producers.
A report in dnaindia.com suggests that Salman had referred Katrina to Rhea Kapoor for ‘Veere Di Wedding’. But the pretty girl opted out of the film as she wasn’t getting the Delhi accent correctly. Moreover, she did not want her voice to be dubbed.
Besides ‘Veere Di Wedding’, Salman even spoke with Rajkumar Santoshi for a film with Katrina.
