Mumbai: They might have joined forces to end producers-multiplex row that was adversely affecting their bank accounts but Shah Rukh and Aamir’s war of words is far from being over.
The two Titans, who had presented a show of solidarity as they appeared together at the infamous Multiplex and producers’ war, have gone back to doing what they enjoy the most - taking potshots at one another.
And this time round its ‘idiot’ Aamir, who has started the warring trend. The actor, who rarely misses a chance to showcase his wit left reporters dumbfounded when he took a dig at King Khan.
The incident happened when reporters on his return home from France quizzed Aamir. An overtly curious journo posed a question to the ace actor. They asked the actor as to whether he too, like SRK, was stopped at international airports and interrogated for being a Khan.
And jumping on the chance to take a potshot at Shah Rukh, a quick witted Aamir said, “No one checks me as I am an idiot”. And if this was not enough the actor went to state that SRK had a problem as he is very intelligent. There by hinting that the fuss created by SRK about being stopped at the airports was a mere publicity stunt.
Well, after a show of bonhomie and brotherhood, Aamir’s latest comments are bound to leave tongues wagging.
