New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who turned 51-year-old on Wednesday, made sure that his birthday bash witnessed an array of A-listers. While most of the celeb squad made it to the party, actress Deepika Padukone chose to give it a miss.
It is being said that rumoured boyfriend Ranveer Singh is the reason why the 'Piku' diva skipped the bash.
According to a spotboye report, Deepika - who made her debut in a SRK starrer - wanted to spend time with the 'Bajirao Mastani' actor. For the record, Ranveer is currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmavati'.
The report further states that this was the reason why Deepika preferred staying with Ranveer at his Bandra residence.
