New Delhi: Michelin starred chef Vikas Khanna has been on cloud 9 ever since he earned the appreciating words of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Vikas recently prepared the sumptuous and flawless seven course treat to Narender Modi and the CEOs of top global companies in New York on September 24.
The talented chef feels that he got an opportunity to showcase India to the world.
According to a report in IANS, Vikas stated "We wanted to tell a story not just of food and this was the best way of telling the story of India. I thought that was the most important part...I got an opportunity to showcase so much of India through this,".
He further added, "I do not understand money...But what I do understand is that these people will help in giving an impact to the economy of India and the future generation and I feel very proud,".
Narendra Modi felt extremely proud of Vikas for handling the occasion well.
