New Delhi: On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, a lot of Bollywood celebrities took to Twitter to pay tribute to the 'Father of the Nation'. Stars not only expressed their emotions on the same but also remembered Lal Bahadur Shastri, the second Prime Minister of India, who shared his birthday with Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.
Interestingly, October 2nd is also celebrated as the International Day of Non-Violence all over the world.
Even Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri at Rajghat and Vijay Ghat respectively today.
