Mumbai: Trouble just doesn’t seem to end for- Aditya Pancholi – who has been in news for all wrong reasons in the recent past.

The actor and his family will have to vacate a bungalow in Juhu they had rented since 1960 for Rs 150 a month, as their landlady has won a three-decade long legal battle, reports Mumbai Mirror.

The Bombay High Court reportedly rejected all the arguments put forth by the Pancholis to avoid losing rights to tenancy. They had apparently approached three different courts in the last three decades and lost the cases and are hence contemplating to approach the Supreme Court now.

Tarabai Hate, the owner of the bungalow, had filed a suit in July 1977 under the Bombay Rents, Hotel, Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947 after Pancholis failed to pay three months rent.

According to the report, the letters of communications were exchanged between Aditya's father Rajan and the owner.
