South-bound Hansika says Bollywood is her ultimate destination

Mumbai: Hansika, who has been away from Bollywood after `Money Hai to Honey Hai` opposite Govinda, says her ultimate aim is to work in Hindi movies.

"I have done three Telugu movies which have done excellent at the Box Office. My Tamil movie, still untitled, is lined up for release. Still my ultimate aim is Bollywood
only," Hansika said.

"It is not that there is anything wrong with the South Indian Film Industry. I am aware that today regional cinema is also equally powerful and is going places," she said.

Both the industries are equally good. It is just that the language down south is very different, the actress said.

"However, since I have grown up watching Hindi movies, I have a special affection for them. Good Hindi movies are what I want to do ultimately," the 18-year-old budding actress told reporters.

Her first Telugu movie Desamuduru ran at the Box Office for 300 days and also won her a Filmfare award. The other two movies `Kantri` and `Maska` too did very well, she
claimed.

Hansika, who likes to be mentioned only by her first name, debuted in Bollywood with Himesh Reshmmiyas Aap Ka Suroor.

Her second movie `Money Hai To Honey Hai` was opposite Govinda.

"It did not do well and I had my 12th standard examinations also. So I decided to take a break and come back. I would be back in Bollywood soon," she said adding this is
the right time and right age for her to be around.

Talks on new projects are on but nothing can be revealed right now, she said.

Hansika, who started as a child artist in serials, said, now small screen is not on her mind.

"Right now I would like to concentrate only on movies. Television is not my cup of tea as of now," she added.
