New Delhi: Bollywood`s dusky beauty Kajol is all set to make a comeback on the silver screen with hubby Ajay Devgn`s next film. The actress is reportedly essaying the role of a mafia mom in the Bollywood adaptation of Dutch series `Penoza` which will be co-produced by Ajay and Deepak Dhar.
Kajol was last seen playing a cancer patient in 2010 film `We Are Family`.
According to reports, the story of the film revolves around a woman, who`s husband, a former mafia ganglord, has been murdered. Although, the police offer her justice and protection, she takes everything into her own hands and steps into the world of crime to find her husband`s murderers.
Earlier, Ajay Devgn took to micro-blogging website Twitter to officially announce Kajol`s comeback film under his banner.
Given that the actress is all set to make a comeback with a meaningful and challenging project, it would be interesting to see whether she is successful in creating lighting up the screen again or not!
