Mumbai: Salman Khan returns today to the silverscreen with ‘Jai Ho’, after a hiatus of one year. The ‘Dabangg’ superstar, who had delivered 5 blockbusters since 2009 with ‘Wanted’, ‘Dabangg’, ‘Bodyguard’, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Dabangg 2’- did not have a single release last year.
However, the hunk of an actor sizzled on the small screen with the seventh edition of popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’. On his friend Aamir’s behest, Salman sported the former’s trademark hat to promote ‘Dhoom 3’ through his super-hit TV show. The actor also sung the signature tune of the ‘Dhoom’ series in order to boost the promotion of the film.
Like a true friend, Aamir decided to thank Salman for his kind gesture and promote ‘Jai Ho’ through his twitter handle.
Aamir had even tweeted a cute picture of himself with Salman Khan, thereby affirming his profound friendship with the actor.
