Mumbai, July 01: Yearning to see ‘Jaane Tu’ jodi once again onscreen? Well, here is news! Director Sanjay Gadhvi`s forthcoming film ‘7 Days in Paris’ will see Imran-Genelia as the lead pair. Sanjay Gadhvi had been troubled for quite some time over finalizing the heroine of the film. He reportedly approached Katrina, Priyanka and Kareena and Asin but he couldn’t get a deal.
Katrina had problems with the script, Priyanka was over-charging, Kareena and Asin politely refused. So, Gadhvi was left with no other choice but the genial Genelia. The film is to be shot in the scenic locations of Paris and Gadhvi wanted the lead couple to be equally good looking. That’s why his first choice was the beautiful Katrina but now that he has got a deal with the bubbly Genelia, he is not complaining. The romantic couple shouldered a blockbuster and very likely that their chemistry works in this film too.
The film has been delayed over finalizing the leading lady but now that Genelia has agreed, Gadhvi wants the film to be shot as soon as possible. Well, it will be great to see the puppy love of Imran-Genelia onscreen again.
