New Delhi: Rumours are rife that the next edition of the successful `Housefull` series will have new male lead. It reports are to believed, then Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan will play the third lead, along with Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh in `Housefull 3`.
Directed by Sajid Khan and produced under Sajid Nadiadwala`s banner, `Housefull` starred Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Arjun Rampal. While in the second installment Arjun was replaced by John Abraham.
Abhishek and Akshay will be seen together on the silver screen after a gap of almost 12 years. They last teamed up for `Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya Hai`.
While the actors have been finalised, uncertainly still prevails on the names of the female leads.
After facing the ire of the audience for `Humshakals`, Sajid Khan is certainly looking for a big box office hit. It would be interesting to see whether the new combination is successful in getting people to the theatres.
