Zayn Malik dyes his hair white

London: Former One Direction singer Zayn Malik, who had previously coloured his hair green and orange, has now settled for white.

Malik, 22, took to Twitter and Instagram to reveal his new hair colour.

"White Hair", the singer captioned the image. Soon afterwards, he added, "Had it purple yesterday ha trying em all out ha (sic)."

There is, however, no photographic evidence to his purple phase.

The "Little Things" singer's colour-changing experiments came a few months after he shed his long locks in favour of a close-cropped style as a "cleansing ritual", following his departure from the chart-topping band.
